B&P Hydraulic Press Sp. z o.o.
B&P Hydraulic Press has over 30 years of experience in the construction of various types of machines. It specializes in designing and manufacturing presses based on individual needs and requirements of the customer. We offer hydraulic, pneumatic and electric presses (servo presses) of various types: C‑frame, frame, column and special presses with pressure forces from 10T to 3000T.
B&P Hydraulic Press also offers comprehensive solutions in the design and execution of modern technological lines and stations enabling automation and optimization of production processes.
Machines, devices and technological lines manufactured by us use manipulators and industrial robots. They are used in plants not only in Poland, but also abroad, including the USA, India, Great Britain, France, Croatia and Switzerland.
Specialized staff of experienced designers, mechanics, electricians and automation engineers enables designing and manufacturing machines, equipment, technological lines and tools. Execution and mechanical processing of machine elements is realized on the basis of our own machine park equipped with modern machining centres such as: TOS, WAGNER, HAAS and other traditional machines for mechanical processing such as: grinders, lathes, benders, band saws, guillotines and welding equipment.
During the design process we rely on CAD/CAM software, in particular: SOLIDWORKS, AutoCad, SEE Electrical. Most of our machines and devices are equipped with modern automation and control systems based on programmable controllers of all renowned manufacturers such as: SIEMENS, ALLEN BRADLEY, MITSUBISHI, OMRON, B&R etc. The machines designed by us meet the safety requirements specified in the European Union directives, which we document with declarations of conformity and CE marking.
Company history
The history of the company and the production of hydraulic presses begins in 1984. Over the years the company has been developing and realizing more and more ambitious orders. The production program includes automation and robotization of production lines, which include the production of hydraulic presses. The acquired knowledge and extensive experience allow the company to take advantage of the development of servo-drive technology. In 2016, the company begins production of electric presses based on servo-drives.
During the 35 years of its existence, the company has changed its name and owner several times. In 2019, it is purchased by B&P Engineering, which is part of the B&P Group. Thus, the name of the company is changed to B&P Hydraulic Press.
