C-FRAME HYDRAULIC PRESSES

C-frame hydraulic presses are commonly referred to as 'C' type presses because of the characteristic shape of the machine body resembling the 'C' letter. The advantage of the C-frame presses is a possibility to access the workspace from three sides what makes the process of tooling exchange easier and enable processing of the wide elements.

Our hydraulic presses can be used in practically every branch of industry in any technological process in which there are operations such as pressing, punching, stamping, drawing, pressing in, sizing, forming, bending, etc.

We specialize in designing and manufacturing hydraulic presses made on the basis of individual needs and requirements of our customers with the possibility to choose the main features, as well as functionality and functional parameters.

We offer hydraulic presses with a pressing force (tonnage) from 10T to 3 000T. All main press elements (frame, cylinders, slide, bolster, hydraulic power unit, etc.) are made in our plant. We use components from renowned manufacturers such as Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Nord, SEW, Siemens, B&R, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Sick, Keyence, Balluff, etc.

We carry out our projects comprehensively, from the identification of customer needs and the preparation of offers meeting the customer's requirements, through design and workmanship, to delivery combined with assembly, installation and commissioning at the customer's location.

Each press is issued with an EC Declaration of Conformity – a document confirming compliance with the New Approach directives (e.g. machine directive MD 2006/42/EC), allowing the manufacturer to apply the CE marking.
