We can carry out overhauls and modernization after transporting machines to our plant where we have specialists and the necessary technical facilities to do them. In special cases, we perform them at the customer's location.
Repair services related to the maintenance and improvement of the technical condition of hydraulic presses and other machines such as:

Modernization services related to the increase of their performance parameters and functionality and adaptation to the latest technical solutions and adaptation of machines to the latest safety requirements, such as:
- modernization of hydraulic presses;
- modernization of machines and equipment produced by our company and other manufacturers.
Overhauls and modernization of presses cover a wide range of activities, the most important of which are:
- diagnostics and preliminary diagnosis of the technical condition of presses at the customer's location;
- a detailed diagnosis of the technical condition at our company's location;
- disassembly of worn out parts and components;
- design and manufacture of newly designed parts, subassemblies and systems;
- mechanical machining of old press components (e.g. machining of press frame and slide);
- replacement of hydraulic cylinder seals;
- assembly of the press with the use of new parts and subassemblies and old reconditioned parts;
- tests and start-up tests;
- installation, commissioning and training.
